Replymate’s Terms of Service

Replymate LLC ("Company") reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any violation of the terms below may result in the termination of your account.

Account Terms

  1. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account information and password. Replymate will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.
  2. You may not use the Service for any illegal activities or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.
  3. To complete the signup process, you must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested by Replymate.
  4. Your login credentials are for your personal use only, and you may not share your login with anyone else.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms

Replymate's Service is offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Your subscription will be billed on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle") in advance. The Billing Cycle is determined by the type of subscription plan you select at the time of purchase, which could be either monthly or annually.

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it or the Company cancels it. You can cancel your Subscription renewal via contacting Replymate's customer support team (info@reply-mate.com).

A valid payment method, such as a credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, and valid payment method information. By providing your payment information, you authorize Replymate to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to your payment instrument.

If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund within 7 days of your payment. No questions will be asked. To request a refund, please contact us at info@reply-mate.com with your payment details, and we will process your refund as soon as possible.

Please note that after the 7-day refund window, we will not be able to offer any refunds for any reason.

Service Modifications and Price Changes

Replymate reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service, with or without notice, at any time and from time to time.

The prices for all Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from Replymate. We will provide notice by posting the changes on our website or within the Service itself. The Company will not be held liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

General Conditions

  1. You understand that the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and your use of the service is at your sole risk.
  2. Technical support is only provided via email.
  3. The Company uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
  4. You must not modify, adapt, or hack the Service.
  5. You must not modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service or the Company.
  6. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without the express written permission of the Company.
  7. The Company may remove accounts that violate any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
  8. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse of any Service customer, Company employee or officer will result in immediate account termination.
  9. The Company does not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
  10. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
  11. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and govern your use of the Service.
  12. The Company may use your logo in its marketing materials.

Replymate's Privacy Policy

At Replymate, we highly value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the necessary data to provide you with the best service possible.

Identity & Access

When you sign up for Replymate, we use Auth0 to handle your login credentials. We will gather your name, email address, and access token from Auth0 to personalize your account and provide you with essential information. We will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we will not use your name or company in marketing statements without your permission.

When you make a payment to Replymate, everything is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We can see records of your payments and the last four digits and expiration date of credit cards through Stripe.

If you contact Replymate with any questions or for help, we will keep the correspondence and email address for future reference. We track your activity on our marketing pages, including conversion rates and testing new designs, for statistical purposes. We also store any information you volunteer, such as surveys, for as long as it is necessary to provide you with the best service possible.

Your Rights Regarding Your Information

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have certain rights regarding your personal information collected by us on our Site. At Replymate, we recognize and comply with these rights, except as limited by applicable law. Your rights under GDPR include the Right of Access, Right to Correct, Right to Erase, Right to Complain, Right to Restrict Processing, Right to Object, Right to Portability, and Right to not be subject to Automated Decision-Making. Processors we use

We may use third-party processors to handle some or all of your personal information to provide our services, but only as necessary. These processors include Auth0, Google Cloud Platform, Netlify, and Stripe.

We will not hand over your data to law enforcement unless a court order requires us to do so. We reject requests from law enforcement seeking data without a court order, and we will inform you of such requests unless legally prevented from doing so.

Data Retention

We retain server and application logs for 30 days before permanently deleting them. Application analytics will be permanently deleted upon request.

Location of Site and Data

Our Site operates in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States, and you consent to this transfer.

Changes, questions, and data deletion

We may update this policy and will notify the account owner of significant changes. You can access, modify or delete your personal information at any time by contacting our support team (info@reply-mate.com).
